At AN Holistic Health we strive to provide high quality services and products. If you not entirely satisfied with your purchase we are here to help.
Returns
Digital Products and Services
Due to the nature of the digital products and services we generally do not offer returns or refunds once the product has been accessed or service has been provided. However if you encounter any issues please contact us at ann_nicole@anholistichealth.com and we will do our best to resolve the matter.
Physical Products
If you are not satisfied with a physical product you purchased from us you have 30 days to return it from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and in same condition that you received it.
- The product must be in the original packaging.
- Must provide receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Digital Products
Refunds for digital products and services are provided only under special circumstances such as if the product us defective or the service was not delivered as promised. Please contact us at ann_nicole@anholistichealth.com and we will do our best to resolve the matter.
Physical Products
Once we receive your returned products we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. we will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting your item. If approved we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days depending on your card issuer's polices.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs related to returning the item. the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
